The Financial Empowerment Initiative (FEI) was developed by CEW+ as a series of workshops that teaches participants to understand the psycho-social and emotional factors impacting financial decision-making behaviors and the alignment of those behaviors with long-term goals. The FEI workshops focus on participants developing a better understanding of their own financial decision-making processes, by exploring the underlying psychological, social, and generational roots that underlie their individual financial choices, to become equipped with the self-knowledge to be empowered to take charge of their own financial well-being.
